Founded in 2017 by Arjun Mishra a first-generation entrepreneur from rural Chhattisgarh Distil began as a humble initiative to bridge the growing gap between education and employability. What started as a small step toward change has today become one of India’s fastest-growing work-integrated education platforms.

From the very beginning, our mission has been clear: to turn learning into livelihood. Through skill development, vocational training, and real-world exposure, Distil equips young minds especially from rural and Tier 2 & 3 regions to build meaningful and sustainable careers.

Today, Distil proudly operates across 700+ locations with 30+ regional offices, powered by 500+ dedicated professionals and 50+ Cerified trainers. Together, we have trained over 70,000 students and enabled employment for more than 1 lakh people trained each story a reflection of our belief that true growth begins with opportunity.

Our strong collaborations with industry leaders, academic institutions, and government bodies have helped us design and deliver impactful initiatives such as Learn & Earn, Apprenticeship Programs (NAPS & NATS), Work-Integrated Learning, and PPP Colleges.
