Earn while You Learn

Three phases of learning – our training methodology for effective training

Key Features of "Learn and Earn " Model (L&E)

With the multifold openings of the manufacturing industries in India, opportunities for employment for youth with proper skills have become very high. Moreover, the industry is also looking for youth who are skilled and up-to-date about the new developments. This LEARN AND EARN Programme is an initiative that bridges the gap between the industry and the youth of India by developing a steady pool of trained manpower.

Students are supported with a reasonable monthly stipendiary benefit to incur their living expenses and also they need not pay any fees till the completion of the programme. The entire training cost is paid by the partnering industries.

The idea behind this concept is to provide a platform for students with employable skills, to gain first-hand experience while they are still pursuing their technical training (Certificate or Diploma) and to be paid a stipend too, during an internship. In this model, along with the theory classes the students undergo extensive practical sessions, as part of the on-the-job training at our partner industries.

At the end of this course, students might get an opportunity to turn their training into a full-time job or explore other opportunities in different companies. Under the “Learn & Earn” model, a student has to attend theory classes one day a week, while for the rest five days, the student would be exposed to extensive industry operations.

Key Highlights of the program

  •  Stipend to trainees – Earn
  •  Hands-on industry exposure – Learn
  •  Training cost met by industry
  •  Industry developed curriculum
